From the moment we ordered the rings we were filled with confidence and I was not disappointed. We were kept informed with numerous emails along the way of updates. The service was exceptional and the delivery was super fast and they arrive much sooner than anticipated. However the best of all was the rings themselves. We wanted something different to the norm for wedding rings and the two rings we chose were just beautiful and the fit for both of us was on point. When there was an engraving issue with our wedding rings, they immediately took responsibility and made replacement rings without any hassle. Never was told how l could return it. Have been issued a refund now and as a gesture of good will told you keep the ring. Previously -Want to send back as not happy with resin coating. Now trying to get me to buy another one at 50% off, or buy a different one. Lots of updates whilst ring was in transit. And arrived in good time. Sadly communication now has failed when trying to make contact as l wish to return the ring, due to not liking the resin coating. 3 days since l reached out to them and 3 X emails sent. All they reply back with is why not buy another one. Have repeatedly asked for returns process but Emily who replies does not advise how.

I had lost my wedding ring and I was looking for a replacement and when I saw this I just fell in love ❤️ with it, but I have to say it is so much better than the pictures,it's elegant and looks like it cost the earth but of course it doesn't and the service is excellent I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again

I was in a RTA and I was wearing my deceased Mums thumb ring which got smashed on impact. I bought this as a thumb ring to replace it. When I got it I had tears in my eyes as it was perfect. You will not be disappointed if you purchase one of these beautiful rings.
