Chuck apologized for the error and immediately sent 4 correct mats, and insisted I keep the original 4 at no cost! Besides this bonus, I consider Marche Provence a model for customer service---easily reachable by phone, with a person who cares (and apologizes!) at the other end. Bravo Chuck and Marche Provence.
