Hi, I do not have your name listed or your phone number in your 3 Star Review. I want to discuss your order and the delay you experienced in having it shipped to you. When people place an order with us, and we have the item(s) in stock, we ship right away using US Postal Service Priority Mail that takes 1-3 days to have it delivered. But, when a customer places an order for an item that is Not in stock, we order that item from our fabricator in Provence and it can take up to 1o days to get it. In that case for out of stock items, we send the customer an email to explain the 10 day delay, which we did in your case by sending you an email that explains that your item is on back order. Would you please call me Chuck at 224-575-3325 to discuss this. The 3 Star rating you gave us may not be warranted as a result of your item being out of stock. Hi Carol....If your round cloth does Not have enough edge drop, then let me send you the 72" diameter cloth at no extra charge to you. I'll just ship out the larger cloth, and you can send back to us the 60" dia cloth. Is that OK to resolve the problem? We want you to be Happy about shopping with us. Hi Betty....The Free Herbes de Provence that we sent to you at your request, are authentic Herbs in "whole-Cut" form, as all natural herbs are processed....the Herb Flavor stays Locked-In the Whole-Cut state to preserve the longevity of the flavor....for years...until one cooks with them....to release the full flavor one can simply grind them a little bit in the palm of your hand to breakdown the Whole-Cut to a Powder....or use an herbs grinder to change the herbs to a powder consistency....that brings out the full flavor that I think you desired?....Please call me at 224-575-3325 to discuss this further if you wish....Thank You.....Chuck
