There are lots of things that can cause maps to hang up and usually we can diagnose and correct those issues. Anything from internet connection speeds, data corruption, firewall disruption, anti virus software issues to the occasional bug can effect this. Someone from our customer support team is going to reach out to you to see if we can gather more information. We’d like to see if we can replicate what your seeing because if we can then we can diagnose and resolve the issue for you. Again, thanks a ton for your review. The good news is that we actually do offer a tool that does exactly what you'd like to do with groups of addresses having different colored icons / map markers. It's called the "Grouping Tool". Hello Flexible Plan, We really appreciate you taking the time to give us a review. We listen very carefully and pay close attention to our user feedback. The good news is we can help you resolve all of the issues which you've outlined in your review. For geo-coding, that is driven entirely by Google's geo-coder. Any misplacement is typically an issue where Google's geo-coder has been confused by how the address is listed in your data set. We can provide you with pointers on how to modify the address information in your data set so that Google's geo-coder can find the correct location and get it placed in the correct location on your map. We also do offer a feature that allows you to use zip codes to build territories. It's called the "Boundary / Geographic Territory Tool". And lastly, the search feature has had a ton of improvements added so we're sure that any issues you've had can be cleaned up.
