Very friendly staff especially Mabs. Excellent meal with delicious dauphinois!!! One disappointment was the rather small vegetable/coleslaw accompaniment. Nevertheless, all cooked to perfection. Thank you ☺️

Excellent service. That's hassle free not like some??!! A+

Google Map reviews are useless. KeyMe, where I had terrible service, get a very high rating from Google Maps but a very low rating from YELP. I can only conclude that the Google rating system is easy to game.

What a complete waste of time. Trying to write a review of a business (which apparently now works through Maps) and despite doing everything correctly and the 'post' button highlighting, constantly fails to then do anything. And as always with Google, absolutely no customer service to go to for help. Useless.

Usually have no problem but yesterday was an absolute nightmare. Knew there was a closed junction on the M4 so when the the map showed us a loop away from our normal route to join the m4 later we assumed it was getting us to join when it reopened. Actually took us to the closed junction which must have been pre-planned for ages and not last minute so no excuses. Were therefore then stuck in horrendous traffic that we should never have been in. Were travelling from Heathrow to South Wales but were still in Reading at the original time we should have reached our destination. Took 7hrs 20 instead of 3hrs 10. Got home at 11.30 pm when my 10 year old has school the next day. My back, neck, shoulders and legs are in physical discomfort from the time in the car and the stress

I've used google maps for so long, and I like it. But for like a month now the app stopped working. It just doesn't load the map, even when I have updated to the latest version, have location on and internet access. Can't contact customer support. I have started using another navigation app because of this.

Pessimo.
