Awful awful awful. The last 2 years with this app is the worst ever. Every time I use this app it takes me on the longest fuel consuming routes. I deliberately put in a route I was familiar with and Google maps took me around the rekin, google make up their own reviews The worst app EVER. Waze is my new best friend, best route map to date, it warns you about potholes and accidents.

They need to allow people to provide reviews of businesses, even when the the review is one star. How can we rely on these google reviews if we do not have access to ALL reviews?!

Its next to impossible to use google maps. We had to stop using my android, and use my wife's iPhone map which was 100 times better. She remarked thata what you get for buying an android phone. Thanks google maps for a rubbish product.

GoogleMaps are rubbish - launched my new business, had nothing less than 5* reviews UNTIL GoogleMaps drag up all these redundant and irrelevant photos and reviews from the previous business (which had a completely different name) - dragging down my business' rating and attraction to customers - I've reported dozens of time to the uncontactable GoogleMaps and they.....have......done....precisely.......NOTHING AT ALL - USELESS!

Google Maps brings people to the wrong location of our business address. I already reported this 2 years ago after an ambulance came here too late for someone. They could not find the location. Because of the importance, I've reported this to Google many times the last 2 years, through many different channels. After 2 years, still no reaction at all. After every ride you can give feedback about the ride. Every time I'm doing this (and more people are doing this for the same location). Every well programmed system would have already corrected it. So my conclusions: - Google Maps software is crap. - Google doesn't care about their customers. In the end, we made the the decision to stop using Google products with our company, as much as possible. We advise our customers to do the same. So fortunately, we have almost nothing to do anymore with Google anymore :). When I see the Google Maps rating here on Trustpilot we're not the only one. It's the only right decision we made.
