Bloquean las reseñas negativas. Mantienen solo las reseñas positivas. La respuesta oficial es (esto significa que no puedes tener opiniones negativas): Google doesn't get involved in disagreements between sellers and customers because there is no reliable way to determine who is right about a given customer experience.

Google Maps allows fake reviews to be published without any evidence of a genuine customer experience. In addition to this, Google maps frequently blocks genuine reviews from customers for ‘voilating’ their standards. Basically, Google maps is horse 💩. Don’t trust any reviews on Google Maps, whether 5* or 1*
