I published a review it was aproved and then I got a response from the company. I responded to their points with evidence based on an actual experience of the service. Which refuted their statement. The extra options that the company said were avaliable were not offered at any point in the process. My response mentioned this and someone reading the review could then phone up the company and know what I was saying was correct. However google blocked my right of reply and the review is now completley removed , pending another appeal. However the original was published and my response of a few sentences did not take the review in a different direction . I just responded to their points. Google's pre determined AI censorship policiy , has a right cheek to state to me that , they can not publish my responses or original submisions. Due to it being of a low or irelevant quality. Google platforms are full of low quality content and in consideration of the other point. Who are google to define what is relevant in a situation that explores that expeirence of the service itself when that meets the basic defintion of a review ?? Seems to me they are quick to hide reviews when they involve big insitutions and reviews that go into detail about issues. Which is the whole point of a review.
