We have used the services a handful of times since signing on with you this spring. Everything is going quite well, but I was somewhat concerned about a recent test call I made. The operator did not seem to be following the script as requested. This might have been just a one time thing, but since this is a very sensitive call (imminent death or death occuring), it is important to follow the protocol. Mary Ann
