Thank you for sharing your feedback. Unfortunately, with only the initials provided in this review, we are unable to identify your account or review the specific circumstances behind your concerns. Our service is designed to answer and process calls received on behalf of our customers. Call activity can vary significantly from one account to another. If unwanted call were contributing to your usage, we would welcome the opportunity to review what occurred and determine whether there were options available to help manage that activity.
