Highly overpriced in my opinion
Highly overpriced in my opinion. Charges full boat for junk calls. I would not use them again.

Being charged for calls that are not…
Being charged for calls that are not ours. Being charged for holidays when we clearly do not work them and it’s stated in our contract. The company refuses to acknowledge this and fix the situation and continues to charge us.

Customers often get put into a system…
Customers often get put into a system before they get a live person and end up getting angry & hanging up. The call back till they get a live person. Messages are often incomplete missing key information that causes a delay in us locating the customer and responding to them. Think it is not a good fit for our business model as it stands today.
