Beware
Initiated the service approximately end of September 2025, I simply needed a service to answer calls and schedule appointments if needed. The office does not receive that many calls (possibly 60 per month average). Between October and December 2025, I had been billed approximately $1500, and received invoices appearing to be double billings. I canceled the service in January 2026, and received billing notices for over $400 outstanding. Then, in March 2026, I received notification of a "corrected" statement that appeared to credit previous payments I made and lowered the balance due to approximately $150. Needless to say, my experience with this company was less than desirable.

Thank you for your feedback. We’ve reviewed your account and the invoices you received and can see where there may have been confusion in interpreting the data. Since service started Mid-month, your first invoice would show a prorate for the partial month and a full charge for the current month. In addition, shortly after starting service, after discussing it with you, a plan change was made to better suit your actual usage. In transparency, this shows on an invoice as an adjustment/credit to the previous plan and a charge to the new plan. Neither of these is a double bill but rather shows each line item with a total of all adjustments being correct. Whereas your cancellation was mid-month as well, it was not until the next invoice that you saw any additional credits to prorate the month, and your setup fees.
