Ring got here quick, perfect size and it looks and feels like it should have cost more. Definitely a fan.

Feels like it should have cost more? We’ll take that! Thank you for the kind words, and wear it well.

I’m sorry the engraving let you down. I’ll have someone from our team reach out directly to learn more and make it right. Thank you for telling us.

Received my ring on October 5th, that I ordered on August 23rd. Not too worried about the turnaround time, but the ring looks nothing like the one on the website and I'm very disappointed. I've tried to start the return process, but no one from Manly Bands has responded, and the phone number listed for the company is not a working number. Even the chat feature wouldn't respond. Hopefully someone will reach out to help with my return process. I need to purchase another wedding band for my wedding in TWO weeks.

Hey Jane, Thanks so much for sharing this with me. I have talked with my team, and it looks like Austin was able to help you out. Your refund has been processed, so you should be all set. I will also be personally looking into the difference between the product images and the look of the ring itself. Thanks!

The most positive part was that someone connected with me by test message and helped make positive suggestions as to what ring would be the best for the one I was purchasing it for! Then they followed up by going ahead and setting up the order so all I had to do was click on the link!

Taking the pressure off a gift like this is what we love doing. Thank you for sharing this, and we hope they love the ring

Outstanding ordering process. Easy site navigation and great pricing. Had an issue, emailed customer service and they immediately responded. And I hadn’t even received my order yet! 5 stars all the way.

Thank you for the five stars! Happy we could answer your question quickly, and enjoy the ring when it lands.

I was enticed by a 30% offer but my choices didn't "qualify" for the discount. That is a bit deceiving...
Response from Manly BandsOct 5, 2026
Hey Madison, I'm sorry the offer felt misleading, that's not our intent. Some items are excluded from promotions, and I'm passing your feedback along so it's easier to see upfront. Thank you for sharing! and thank you so much for choosing Manly Bands.
