Themed rings are always fun to see land with someone who actually gets the reference, glad Halo hit the mark. Thank you for the kind words!

The customer service is completely unlike any other I have ever encountered! Jason from manly bands personally reached out to me with every detail I could have ever needed to know and helped me get exactly what I wanted. If you’re wondering if you should buy I say 100% yes you are supporting a good quality company who actually cares that you get what you need. They are very educated in what shipping method you need to choose according to the date of your event! I would give them 10 stars if I could for customer service

You guys are amazing!! I was soo nervous about sizing! I’ve taken my fiancé to the jewelry store twice for sizing and they’ve been able to give me a rough idea of his size. I cannot wait to see his face when he sees the ring! I seriously can’t wait for our wedding!
Response from Manly BandsSep 28, 2026
That nervous energy before a big reveal is half the fun, so I hope his reaction is everything you're picturing! Glad we could help take some of the guesswork out of sizing after all those store visits. Congratulations, and enjoy every bit of the big day!

Tried to get a discount through GOVX was denied on this particular purchase. Offer a smaller percentage off or something. I will provide feedback on the ring when if arrives in 6 weeks.
Response from Manly BandsSep 23, 2026
Hi Ryan, Sorry that one didn't come through for you, I know it's frustrating when a discount you expected doesn't apply to a specific item. I'll pass this along as feedback worth looking at. Really appreciate you planning to follow up once the ring arrives too, we'd love to hear how it turns out.

You keep asking for a review and I haven't received the product yet!
Response from Manly BandsSep 23, 2026
Hello! Fair complaint, that timing's on us. Hope the ring lands soon, and we'd genuinely love to hear what you think once it's in hand!

I just purchased the sizer to make sure the ring I'm getting from yall fits correctly. I wish you would apply the cost of the sizer to the band being purchased like other ring services.
Response from Manly BandsSep 23, 2026
Hey Wally, I appreciate you bringing this up, I can see why it'd feel like it should work that way. I'm passing this along to our team so it's on their radar. Feedback like this genuinely helps shape conversations around pricing and process, so thank you for taking the time to share it. Thanks - Manly Bands
