Ryan Starr provided an excellent in-person class. Using witty analogies and real life examples, Ryan makes the 3h class to pass more quickly than one would expect. During the class, you are strongly encouraged to discuss and share your reasoning for getting a problem right/wrong, which I found quite useful. He was always available for questions after class and very approachable over email, too. Overall, Ryan made the entire experience very personal. The study materials were top notch and made a huge difference. The homework problems, the video lessons (especially the SC ones) and the practice exams along with the actual classes covered every possible base in terms of learning styles and resources. Be prepared, though, to dedicate a very good amount of time outside of class to studying the material and do your homework.

Really good experience, have already recommended to others. Would have been lost without the course.

I took an in-person course with Jamie Nelson, and I highly recommend her class to anyone considering taking the GMAT! Jamie is very engaging, and you can tell that she has many years of experience helping students master the GMAT. The in-person class was definitely beneficial for me, as I was working full time while trying to prepare for the GMAT. Committing to a Manhattan Prep course helped me to develop a prep routine. I attended the three-hour class once a week and followed the assigned homework very closely. Jamie provided supplemental resources for my weakest content areas to help me master the basics. When you sign up for the Manhattan Prep In-Person Class, you receive a ton of useful prep resources: Manhattan prep strategy guides, the most recent Official GMAT Guide, access to pre-recorded online lessons, 6 MGMAT practice exams, and the list goes on. Additionally, once you have completed the prep course, Manhattan Prep offers a one-on-one post course assessment meeting with an instructor to outline a custom study plan for you to follow from the time the course ends until your test day. Ultimately, I was able to improve my score and couldn’t be happier! Manhattan GMAT Prep classes are definitely worth the investment.

Manhattan Prep was a great investment. While the coursework was intense and time consuming, it was required to up my GMAT score to where I wanted it to be for my Business School applications. Highly recommended!

For me, the videos were way more helpful than the class. Unfortunately, I didn’t find the class very helpful/informative.

Great experience - highly recommended to anyone who needs to improve GMAT score dramatically in a very limited timeframes

My teacher was amazing! I went from a 620 to 730 in a matter of weeks (seriously), and completely contribute it to my instructor. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone's questions were answered and tailored her lessons to our individual learning styles.

Instructor was very knowledgeable and engaging. Provided us with tips to help us study more efficiently. Highly recommended!
