This rating is regarding my Office Hour Session (30min on Feb26). The reasons why I out 2/5 is because when I tried to log in via Atlas I couldn't because it wasn't available in my profile, I had to call customer service to get this fixed. At the end I lost 10 minutes which wasn't my fault. The professor was excellent and he gave me 5 more minutes so I appreciate it.

Hi, All material is great but after studying foundations, albegra and geometry I honestly didn´t learn much, In order to really understand math I had to buy an algebra book (not from Manhattan) and an online geometry course. The book and the online course are amazing. The book gives you all solutions to albegra problems and the online course gives you 85 video classes and 146 lessons. The best part is, the book costs $16 usd and the geometry online course $13 (and the classes are amazing, they teach you everyhting step by step). The other difference is that you really learn math. In my opinion Manhattan interactive course and the books are like, here you are, read and study I mean yeah course, but get me through please. On the other hand, the oral section books are really great, very useful. I purchased Manhattan books and the interactive course So, $800usd vs $29. I dont know, I feel a little bit disappointed. So I decided not to learn from your math books, just read them really fast looking only for tips and use my time on the other sources. The instructors were kind, but the curriculum and methodology wasn't a good fit for me. I practiced using the study recommendations they gave me after the course, but I didn't see any improvement in my score.

First time i studied for the gmat I used Kaplan books and I scored 680. Second time I studied for the gmat I used the official guide and I also scored 680. Third time I studied for the gmat I used the complete set of Manhattan study material and I scored 570!! I felt that the online classes Manhattan was offering were too easy and detached from the real deal and the online instructors were too focused on putting me in a “happy, relaxed, and lalaland” state of mind rather than on challenging me with tough exercises and practice questions that reflect the actual difficulty of the gmat. I think I made a big mistake paying around 1000 usd for the Manhattan gmat prep material. I should have used Kaplan, official Guide, or maybe Princeton...anyways, lesson learned for next time

Overall Instructors and supporting staff are amazing and are extremely knowledgeable in the content. However, the class structure and length of course was too quick to fully absorb the material. Disclosure should be warned to future students that they should have strong fundamentals in the content prior to taking a course. I felt like I was always playing catch up and never really was able to practice the Manhattan methods and strategies.
