Way, way too long to receive purchase. This company's production is not in the US. It may have a US address, but items are shipped DHL, which ships internationally. Can't recommend this company if you are buying something as a gift and need it by a particular time.

Ordered 2 shirts from them 6/14 and was promised a turn around time of 5-10 days the website changed within the next couple of weeks to 10-15 and then finally 10-20 days. I waited a month because their tracking system said my order should ship 7/13 and when it didn't ship on that date I sent a request on 7/14 asking when it would ship they said 7/13 (too lazy to even change the lie to fit a reasonable timeline) I emailed back saying since it was after that date obviously it hadn't shipped then so I wanted an updated shipping estimation. They have used every excuse to not send me an update of where my order actually is at in the production process, I'm assuming because they have no clue where it is in the process because it isn't being made. First my order was part of such a large volume of orders they were backed up, then it was due to COVID-19, then it was social distancing guidelines keeping their employee number low.. Its now 8/9 I have taken to emailing them on a weekly basis until I get my shirts. Every email is met with an attitude as if I should be perfectly happy waiting on my shirts because they have refunded me some of my money, "Upon checking, I can see that a partial refunds was processed for your order as compensation for the delay of your order." there is no way that excuses me having to wait almost 2 months with no product to show for the money they have taken and doesn't make it ok for them to not be able to give me information about when I could possibly expect my shirts. I also cannot cancel my order "due to the custom nature of the order" I don't think that having shirts nothing has been printed on that can be used for other orders is that custom but hey what do I know?

Do NOT place an order from this company. I ordered a shirt on 05/22/20. They processed the credit card transaction in warp speed. I finally get the shirt July 25th. I sent requests emails and received answer emails filled with total BS. I even contacted the telephone number from one of the emails and it’s all automated so I never got to speak to a real person. (Good thing in hindsight). Now let’s get to the DHL tracking number, total BS! The shirt never came in a real pretty yellow & red van or delivery service. The reason I know this one might ask, I had the package sent to my place of business & guess who I see every day??? The United States Postal Service. He brought the package into my service department. Apparently this company has to grow the cotton, pick the cotton, send it to a factory in another country cleanse and combine it with the other materials, then have the shirt produced, send said item to another country to have the design produced onto said item, then have it sent back to them stateside where they sit on it for another week before they mail it. What a crock of crap. I’m in Atlanta they are in Indianapolis . My advice to anyone looking at any item on this company’s website, just screen shot the slogan that you just gotta have and take it to your local print shop & have it produced.

Terrible company! Do not order!!! I ordered a shirt for Father’s Day on May 11, still have not received it, called, emails, online chats and no one would refund or cancel my order

Total trash in every way except for responding via email. My first order was mid May and it never arrived, then I filed a claim and was “awarded” another. It’s been 30 days since that order was complete and it still has not shipped. Total scam.

I ordered a shirt for Father's day. Website stated processing would take 10-20 business days and i had ordered in plenty of time. The shirt was still in processing a week after Father's day. I contacted customer service. They were quick to reply and refunded some money. When the shirt finally arrived the quality was great. Customer service is excellent and great product but turn around time is ridiculously long.

I ordered a shirt back in May. They had guaranteed that they would not take your money until your item is shipped and that your item would be mailed in 10-15 days. Well they have continously lied. I still have not received my shirt, they took the money as soon as I ordered the shirt, and I ordered over 2 months ago. Today I received a response from an email I had sent them that stated my shirt was in processing and they would not cancel or refund my order. Horrible experience!!
