Put in an order , tracked through DHL then through usps , then they said it was delivered on 1/30/23 at 12:29 am in mail box , but it wasn’t in their , so i contacted mangtee , said a representative from the claim department would get in touch with you I sent you 72 hours , but never did

I purchase three Christmas items over $100.00 used the size chart provided, received the items one was fine the t-shirt was ladies size small would fit a child, sweatshirt was too small. I asked to exchange for larger sizes, had to file a claim that was denied so I am out over $60.00. Don't purchase anything from this company they just take your money and run. Putting in a complaint with the BBB

I logged on to their website, selected a shirt, filled out my order information and there site informed me the order did not go through. I repeated the process but received the same message. I decided to wait until I was back in the office to attempt the order. When arriving back at work I discovered they had processed not one but two orders. I reached out immediately but their so-called customer service said there was nothing that could be done to stop the order. They also REFUSED to take the order back. This is a terrible company and should be avoided at all costs! They only care about your money nothing more. They have lost our business, beware of this company.

I was very happy with my shirt until I washed it for the third time and the print started washing off. Now I can not get ahold of anyone to help me.

Ordered a size 2XL tee shirt on 4/16. After sending messages, finally received it on 5/17, only to discover the tee shirt was really small for a 2XL and wouldn’t fit. I sent an email to the company, with pictures comparing it to a size large tee-shirt (the large was bigger than the 2XL). I asked the company if it was possible I received a children’s 2XL. The response I received from the company made no sense at all, but still denied my claim. “ After reviewing your claim as well as the campaign ordered from, we can confirm that the item received matches the campaign. At this time we can provide no further compensation. We apologize for any inconvenience.” The inconvenience costed me $31. Typical internet sales.

Ordered a teeshirt for mothers day on 4/21. Order still processing on 5/12. Dont order anything from this site if you expect to get it anytime soon. Terrible

I placed an order for mother's day on April 16th 2021. Still haven't received my order yet and it's the 10th of May. The Tracking number thru DHL cannot be found. Beginning to wonder if I've lost my money.

Ordered a mother's day gift more than 3 weeks in advance and it never came. Seller will not refund and continues to stall.
