Very unhappy! If you're advertising for father's day you would expect it to arrive on time. Now the 4th of July passed. Maybe my order will arrive before Christmas. Fingers crossed. I will never order from here again!

SCAM!!!!!!! You never receive what you order!

The customer service I experienced from this company was top-notch, one of the best in a long time. Although it took longer than expected to receive my order, I understood COVID-19 caused some delays and the company was willing to refund 50% of the product price for my inconvenience, far exceeding my expectations. I am happy to say I will refer this company to friends and family.

Please do not get scammed and send your money to this company. I seen their advertisement on Facebook for a Father’s Day T-shirt. I went ahead and ordered it and to date it is currently July 5 almost a month and a half later and I still have not received it. I emailed them telling them to cancel my order since we are way past Father’s Day now and I keep getting automated responses. I will be reporting to Bbb, Facebook, FTC and attorney general tomorrow. It’s a shame they had to ruin my husbands Father’s Day gift!

I ordered t-shirts for Fathers Day in mid May. It is the 5th of July and I still don't have them. They take your money the first day or two but claim COVID delays for 2 months of no delivery. Asked for full refund...nothing. No phone number to call. Caned email responses. BBB and CFBP complaints are next. Fraudulent company!!! If you could give zero stars I would.

I ordered a T shirt for my wife for Mother's Day and it didn't arrive until the end of June. But with the pandemic transportation assets were reassigned according to new priorities thus causing unforeseen delays. I was pleased with my purchase and have no complaints as I sure they did their best to get it to me as quickly as possible. Thank you.

Ordered 5 shirts with different dogs and sizes. They all came in as ordered and any questions or concerns I had were answered quickly

This company appears to be a scam. My wife ordered a father's day present back in May and it has never even shipped. They haven't responded to emails in an attempt to resolve this so I will be filing a complaint with the federal trade commission and I advise everyone else who has been ripped off to do the same so others don't have to go through this.
