Good service Good product

I ordered tshirts on June 9/20. They finally got to the Canadian border on Aug 19/20 and the company decided it would be a great idea to stop tracking the package once it hit Canadian soil. It is now Sept 1/20 and I have no idea where they are at. As for what the tshirts look like or the quality of the work.....well....I have no idea because I don't know where they are at. Lost in space I guess. I phoned numerous times and put in my order number and all I get is "The system has failed....goodbye". I have sent numerous emails with no replies. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Have ordered a shirt two months ago and nothing. Sent note to customer service and shortly after got a note it was shipped. Gave a tracking number for DHL and showed it coming but then said “Missent”. When I logged on directly to DHL they said there was no such tracking number. Very disappointed in customer service. Ordered iPhone case in red. Case is well done, but printing was horrible. Words literally missing. Multiple CSRs refused to make good on order. Had to order another in white. So, Mangtee printed a simple case and got paid twice. I had no choice because it was for daughter’s birthday. Do not trust!

Do not order from Mangtee... I placed an order 105 days ago and still have not received my shirts. I have asked more than once for a refund and they keep saying they have been shipped. Tracking number they gave me does not show they have been shipped.

My greyhound shirt exceeds my expectation! It was made wonderfully. The colors are vivid and beautiful. The shirt itself is great quality. Thank you so much. I am happy to have found your products!!
