Timely and informative Response.

I got off to a little bit of a rough start with support as I felt communications were repetitive and ETAs were not given so I had no idea when I should expect a reply. The process moved along quicker when the distributor I purchased from (LDS Prepper) got involved. The issue was ultimately resolved and a replacement for the defective unit sent in a timely fashion.

Vavina was extremely helpful and responsive and answered all my questions. She talked me through the troubleshooting process and facilitated a replacement.

We recently had an issue with out Mango E power unit. The unit was replaced at no cost to us, and the customer service was excellent. I would suggest to anyone the Mango E power unit as an alternative to a generator. We are a small construction company, and use this unit while performing maintenance inside various facilities where power availability is scarce and the use of an internal combustion engine is not allowed.

choosing between Union and E units at the very start of the company start up was clumsy at best since the pros and cons of each were vague. Since it has now cleared up with precise descriptions the choice could have been wiser. The one possible strong point for Union is its ability to be wired into the home for total house backup, at some expense. By contrast E offers that too and with some more advantages.

just received my mango E this week ! After a lot of research mangopower caught my eye. Good type of battery, after 6000 charges still 70% cappacity, long 5 years warranty time, etc. Now in august 2023 according to my research the best there is for your money. But at that time I found them they were only still in USA. Contacted them turned out they were coming to Europe. I waited until they opened in Germany and got a great promotional offer from them. Definitely couldn't say no to that. I was helped very well by their customer service. Special thanks again to Vevina from customer service. So far a great experience..

After applying for a refund from Mango Power I was offered an alternative product but this not suit my needs so I asked the company to proceed with the refund. Unfortunately I messed up and got a number wrong on my Iban. This meant my refund had disappeared into the ether which was quite stressful as in effect I had lost it. After many emails Mango Power managed to retrieve the funds and after double checking all the details carefully refunded the monies to my bank account. I was very grateful to Mango Power for their excellent communications as what was essentially my mistake. Great service that went above and beyond. Thank You Vevina your a star.
