MangomintReviews of mangomint.com

The people!! I mean the app has all the bells and whistles and the clients and we love it but the people at mangomint are the best thing about y'all. Every, single person there is amazing. I'm not lying, I've talked to every department and always end the call with the best feeling. I cannot imagine not having this app and others have tried to get us to leave... never gonna happen. Maxim Barbers in Decatur, Georgia is a huge fan!!

We LOVE MangoMint! From ease in schedule building, charting, and consents to automating so many processes- it’s everything our practice needs and more. Their team is so supportive- and the price beats competitors without sacrificing functionality or convenience. Best decision I made for our Aesthetics & Wellness practice 🥭🙌

We LOVE Mangomint! The software is incredibly intuitive, and the support staff is responsive and knowledgable. In my experience, companies (software or otherwise) that do not require a contract are almost always a good bet. Mangomint doesn't require a contract because they know their product is so good their customers will never leave. That's the case for us. We are customers for life, and I highly recommend it.

I have used Schedulicity, Booker, Wellnessliving, and Vagaro for scheduling software over the years. Mangomint is by far the most expensive -- and I pay that bill every single month, without hesitation, because the value it provides greatly outweighs the cost. The system is just smartly designed and offers more meaningful features than the other software I've used. Their automated marketing flows literally do the job of a whole person. Our clients love it and tells us often how much more they like this system over all the other ones we've used. Where Mangomint really shines is in their customer service and development teams. Their customer service is absolutely top-tier - never had better, no matter what my problem is, they solve it. With Vagaro, literally 1000+ people could make the same feature request and it would be left untouched for a decade or more (this is not hyperbole). When I make feature requests to Mangomint, I know they are heard, because many of my suggestions have been implemented within a few months of making the request. Mangomint seems to carry the same philosophy that I do as a business owner -- my product is already good, but if you have a suggestion to making meaningfully better, I'm all ears. Mangomint is the heart of my business. The thoughtful design has allowed us to simplify or even automate processes that used to take forever. Is it perfect? Of course not - but it's as close to perfect as you'll ever find. Software conversions are a nightmare -- I sleep well knowing that I'll never have to do another one again.

We use the platform for booking, calls and text, clocking in and out as well as ordering retail. I have loved the amount of support and help that is available. There are very few wishes I have in addition to what is already offered but there are a few. My team finds the app easy to navigate and the support helpful as well.

The biggest issue is by far the ability for us to stay HIPAA compliant. We understand MM is technically HIPAA compliant, but you need to use MM in a very specific way in order for that to be the case. At present we cannot restrict access to client charts as needed. It is all or nothing. You can either restrict a client's charts to a single provider or make it available to all providers. That is not how we or the vast majority of IV/concierge medicine providers operate. A simiple example: a client wanting an IV needs to good faith exam by the NP/Dr. before their first visit and then the nurse administers IV. By definition those two people need access to the client's chart. In addition there is no access logging easily available. We understand we can request some of that information from MM, but that isn't practical. We need it accessible through the system. Another area that is very problematic for us is there is limited API access. It isn't really API access, you have webhooks which are definitely not the same thing. There is a lot of information in the system we would like to be able to get to, but cannot or cannot get to it in a systematic way. Reports are not the answer when it comes to integration in other systems. I guess we can sum it up by saying MM is good system for salons and spas, but when it comes to clinical businesses it falls short by quite a bit. We find the scheduling to be the strongest feature and the memberships and packages a pretty good as well. Your customer support is also very strong. We unfortunatley will not be able to stay with MM. We are evaluating replacement systems as we speak. We honestly don't mean to bash MM. There are just a number of areas that it cannot cover and likely never will.

Communication, operation, features, adaptability- everything has been great!

Loving Mangomint, Jenna is the best rep!
