Pros and Cons for a medspa
I love many so many things about Mangomint --the all in one platform, automated flows, the interface, the US-BASED CUSTOMER SERVICE IS FAST AND THE PEOPLE ARE THE BEST--TRULY, but I do see a few shortcomings in relation to healthcare/medspa— first and foremost we need a section added in the patients' profile where we can enter the good faith exam date, and the system will alert us when that exam expires after 1 year. This is a huge, huge, huge piece that is missing for me. This good faith exam is what allows us to legally practice and provide services for patients. Without a good faith exam, us RNs are practicing medicine without a license. Without proper tracking and an alert, it's easy to miss this exam expiring. TSecond, a spot where we can enter expiration dates for our medications, and there will be an alert when they are expiring within three months. Oh! And when our medical director signs off on our charts, it lists the chart/form under the date it was CO-SIGNED by the doctor, not the service date, which could be months later. Just not good for patient care, and gets very confusing.

Hi Anna! We appreciate those insights. I'll have a team member reach out to you about those request for a good faith exam field and a medication expiration alert. This type of feedback is super helpful to our team so thank you. Hopefully we can figure out a solution for you.
