MangomintReviews of mangomint.com

I have been using Mangomint as a suite owner for a few years now and cannot rave about it enough! Their support team has always been great the few times I've needed them. It's intuitive, easy to use and has so many great features! After going through a few different systems I am so happy I found Mangomint!

Amazing customer service, features that are user friendly, always adding quality features. Have loved every single thing about this booking software.

Amazing booking software! Worth every penny. I'm a solo provider that switched from Vagaro, which is way more affordable. That said, I have been very happy with Mangomint for my small business focused on facials, massage, and selling skincare products.

Mangomint iis incredibly intuitive and easy to use, making day-to-day operations seamless for both our team and our guests. Their customer support is exceptional—every interaction has been prompt, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. What stands out most is that they never stop improving. They consistently listen to feedback, roll out meaningful updates, and continue evolving the platform to better serve their customers. It is clear they are committed to innovation and to helping businesses succeed. I highly recommend Mangomint to any salon, spa, or wellness business looking for software that is both powerful and backed by an outstanding team.

There are good and bad things about this system. No contract = good. Responsiveness= good. Have to pay additional for payroll system=ok. Have to pay additional for forms and charting=meh. Can’t process HSA via their processor = meh. Have to pay additional for email marketing = bad. Have to pay quite a bit more to use the in app messaging program=bad. .

Switching to Mangomint was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my business. The transition from our previous booking platform was incredibly seamless, and the onboarding process made what I expected to be stressful feel effortless. One of my favorite things about Mangomint is their customer service. Anytime I have a question or need help, support is right at my fingertips. Their team is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping my business succeed. My clients absolutely love the booking experience. It’s intuitive, easy to use, and has made scheduling appointments simpler for everyone. On the business side, the built-in security features for bookings have been a game changer. Having payment information securely on file and stronger booking protections has significantly reduced no-shows and last-minute cancellations, which has had a real, measurable impact on my bottom line. Mangomint has streamlined our day-to-day operations, improved the client experience, and given me greater confidence in my schedule. I highly recommend it to any salon, spa, or service-based business looking for a modern, reliable booking platform.

We moved over from Mindbody and honestly expected the transition to be painful. It wasn't. Their team handled the data transfer and walked us through setup. We didn't miss a beat, and that alone would have earned the review. The software itself just works. Booking, checkout, forms, automated flows, all of it runs without glitches or workarounds. What keeps us happy long term is the people. Chat support is a real person who answers in minutes. When we hit an odd bug once, they escalated it and got it fixed instead of pointing us at a help article. And they listen to feedback. The software keeps improving in ways that match what users ask for, which tells you the suggestions reach the product team.

Mangomint changed the trajectory of my salon. They are helping me continuously find ways to streamline and improve the experience for my team and our clients. They are always quick to respond to any questions or help i may need.
