Ordered 2 bracelet sets for my partner as a gift, late night shopping. I completely changed me mind in less than 24 hours. I contacted the support email and was told that the order was packed and handed to the delivery service. They had sent me over a return label for the product and I was able to get them over there product and receive a full refund. The team did great accommodating a online shopaholic!

Very beautiful and well crafted pieces!

It would be helpful if there could be a walkthrough on how to loosen and tighten the bracelet. I beleive I may have messed up one of the bracelets from incorrectly trying to tighten it. Otherwise I am VERY impressed and will be shoping here again.
