My package got lost so i was waiting for a month to receive my package they sent another one and it came fast but I love It its very stylish i bought it for my boyfriend but i think ill hold on to it for a bit

The discount offer was great, and the shipping process was seamless. However, the product didn’t meet my expectations. I ordered the King Osseus set; The bracelets were packaged in individual plastic bags, and the quality of the bracelets was not what I was expecting.

The product looks ok. Has an ok feel to it, but the way it is made I would expect within a month the charms get lose and the shine to dissipate. I hope I can come back and say that does not happen, but only time will tell.

Little tight putting it on and off

I am extremely disappointed in this brand. After placing my order, I never received a shipping confirmation. I reached out to the brand via several emails. Instead of replying to the emails or to the forms I submitted through their website they continued to send me promotional ads. I reached out via Instagram and finally received a response. I provided my order number as requested but received no further replies. I followed up asking for updates but again no replies. I commented on their post also for assistance and my comment was deleted. Extremely disappointed with this experience. As of writing this, there is still no indication of my items shipping to me. *Update* I have received my items. The team responded by first sending me a Bangle for free (including shipping). I am appreciative of the free item. My only feedback is that it would have been nice to select a different color for the free item since I already purchased the color of the free item. Additionally, I was given mixed reasons on my package delay, which was confusing but ultimately the issue was resolved and the items are a fantastic quality. There is no fading or discoloration when the items get wet.

I love the quality of the beads and the product looks amazing. The bracelet that clips in doesn’t fit so not so happy about that and the bracelets that you tighten with strings loosen throughout the day and you have to continuously tighten them. Overall satisfied.
