Our family LOVES Malo'o products! The products are so durable and made with such great quality. The website was so easy to navigate from locating what we needed to check out. Not to mention the shipping was so fast! I placed our order and it arrived well in advance for our family Surf/Camping trip.

I haven't had a chance to test the bag out yet, but it's great quality, perfect for what I got it for.

I love the design and the feel of them but on the third day the passenger seat one ripped around the headrest section.

I ordered two roll top duffel bags for my wife and I to go on a river rafting trip. One bag arrived as expected. The other one didn’t show up. I emailed Malo’o customer service and they were friendly and helpful. Most importantly they got the second bag to me in time for the trip.

Leilani was very helpful in guiding me through getting my order filled. I'm very appreciative of her assistance.
