These seat covers are way smaller than I expected. I drive a mid-sized SUV, am about 5ʻ5" and weigh under 150 lbs. The "medium" sized seat covers are barely large enough for me to use. In fact, the label that came on the seat cover packaging says "small," which leads me to believe that the company changed the size on the website to say "medium" to make them sound larger than they actually are.

Golf hat needs a draw string type strap to stay on when the wind picks up.

I love the design and the feel of them but on the third day the passenger seat one ripped around the headrest section.

The concept and functionality of the wagon is awesome! The quality of material is severely lacking. I’ve only used it a handful of times and already have stitching coming undone for the cup holders, and handle holder. Also one of the hand straps to pick it up has already come off, and the rubber cushion for the steering handle is breaking. I’ve emailed customer service with pictures and order number to hopefully exchange for a new one in the hopes that I maybe just got a defective one. No answer yet. This thing is way too expensive to be following apart already!

Buying experience very problematic sale price would not show up. if I was in a hurry, might have ended up paying too much. After multiple tries, I had to write to customer services. Their response acted like it was my fault. There were garbage fees that weren't disclosed until the checkout process. Product quality is good, which is the reason that the score isn't 1 or 2 stars
