My first (and last!) time purchasing a MALIN+GOETZ product. Purchased a premium-priced bottle of Bergamot Hand + Body Wash, which arrived without its pump dispenser. Emailed customer services three times in total, once about a lack of tracking information and twice about the missing dispenser. Zero response. This level of customer service unacceptable especially for a “premium” brand. The whole experience has left me feeling scammed. A disappointing first purchase, an incomplete product and a complete lack of customer support. I certainly would not recommend.

​Absolute garbage customer service and inventory system. ​I placed an order on September 6th (Order #CAEN2695739) for a literal styling cream when it was fully available on their site for purchase, even got a confirmation email saying the purchase went through. Their own website says orders typically take 1 to 2 business days to process, but instead, I was left waiting weeks. ​After that, nothing. I waited days waiting to get an update, only to receive automated bot responses saying their inbox was too full. When someone finally bothered to reply, it wasn't even a helpful update; they just straight up cancelled my order entirely out of nowhere, claiming it's suddenly "out of stock." ​So let me get this straight: they let me buy something they didn't actually have, held onto my money for over a week, ghosted my support emails, and now I have to wait another 3 to 10 business days just to get my own money back because of their disorganized system. ​Completely unprofessional. Save your time and buy from somewhere that actually knows how to run a business.

SCAM; no support client, no answer to the emails, no shipped product or tracking information given. Nothing. Not recommended at all.

update on order EUEN26110575 3 weeks on wait. malin goetz send a tracking nr, that keeps informing that my order is out for delivery everyday and in another country, without being delivered. already sent emails for updates and no response. asked for a refund. waiting. slow customer service, taking to long to answer.

Do Not order from them. You will not receive products. UK arm recently went into administration and closed their UK branches. Yet they still sell online! Like me, you will be conned so don't bother.

Still waiting for the products I ordered. I have contacted them 15 times and cannot get a response! Shocking customer service. Do not bother to waste your time or money.
