Majestic Star CasinoReviews of majesticstarcasino.com

I am a slot and video poker player, while the Majestic does have a good amount of new exciting games, they tend to be extremely low reward for the amount of play. Video poker is same old as other casinos no double up options allowed here, the new rewards program not so great as the prior one but hey something is better then nothing. food is good except at wing and things take a pass.. issues with slot help, slow not, enough people on the floors. great new valet parking. Promotions are getting better.

Very good whole family would love eating there crab leg excellent😊

The staff at the Steak House is personable, polite and professional. The food portions could be larger, but the taste of the food is usually quite good. I am not a beef eater, so there needs to be more non-beef choices. I ordered lobster on an earlier visit and it was tough. The elevator needs to be re-conditioned. There should be more window cashiers available. Drink service is dismal. Gladys is great. Machines are really tight. Drawings are not worth the suspense. Wait at Wings n Things too long. "Gifts" in no way measure up to those at Four Winds. But, I'll probably be back. I must be a glutton for punishment.

The steakhouse resturant is still nice but the casino is boring and I haven't won any money in a long time, so I stopped coming, I have not been there since early summer, my win/ loss statements let me know how much I've lost and IT's is not a good use of my time. I hate that because I've been Diamond since the place open.

Josh B is great makes you feel so welcome. Bertha the server is so friendly. Crab legs and Lobster is usually what i get and I couldnt ask for better. I also love their bread and Josh always sees that I get my fill of it

I had a great experience at majestic stars steakhouse. The staff was friendly and the food was excellent. I will be going to the casino and steakhouse again.

I made the trip knowing I will have the best of everything and to take home. Hugos at Rivers Casino is good too but rather have the Majestic steak. Both Casinos are very generous but best choices at Majestic specially the appetizers and sides. Saturday ,I did not even took a break to eat and didn't go home till 8 am Sunday. There was an improvement on the drinks. Someone came around at least 4 times. My other trip no one came around to offer any. Compared to Rivers they come around at least every 10 minutes all over the casino. I still encounter problem with the slot attendant, the most unfriendly and mean looking ones, specifically one lady with short hair was assigned where I was playing. She got the nerve to interrupt my playing and checked someone card to check the ladies promo. I was flabbergasted she took my card out without permission and insert another one card without asking permission. I reported her ones but nothing happened. She used to be upstairs in Majestic 1 and she was where I was playing. I just ignored the situation because I don't want to get upset. I was hoping they call my name for playing non stop and 388 entries. Anyway Majestic steak house is the best chefs make awesome food. Excellent.

It was not me who visited the steak house. I have not been there for quite some time - maybe even 2 years.
