same constant food served everyday. needs more variety. fresh soup, not in a bag soup. i once saw worker refill soup in a sealed plastic bag. A lot of food served thats reheated frozen food, not fresh. Sometimes food sits there cold because nobody touches it.

Bread section could be a little warmer.I thought new buffet is very nice food is great.

I frequently visit the Harbor View buffet as i receive 2 free buffets per month. There is a variety of food offered. The only problem i have is when they serve Crab legs, many times the legs are drenched in water and it tastes like it.

Good selection of food to choose from. Great salad bar, lots of toppings. Wish they would bring back pizza, It was always good. Entrees vary depending on the day but enough to choose from always. Decent amount of desserts, including sugar free. All in all we would go back. Very much improved

The staff is always friendly and they have the best machines.The new buffet has alot of new items and the food is terrific.

Hello there, my last visit was ok, but I have had much better experiences, on this particular day the staff was short, my server didn't offer me anything to drink after my initial drink was gone, I asked for wet wipe and didn't get it I had to get up and go to the bathroom and wash the barbeque sauce off my hands, sometimes I get the feeling that some of the server's just don't care, and it shows, I would like to see happiness, smiles, pleasant servers, I tip accordingly to how I'm treated, not because I have to, I get good service, I give great tips.

I have visited the buffet several times since the remodeling and upgrade. I enjoy the view when I am sitting Lakeside. The food has improved with the different ethnic choices. However, recently I tried the crusted chicken and was surprised at the amount of salt that it contained. Remember, your audience is a great many seniors that depend on a healthy, low-sodium meal. The roasted veggies are a plus...zucchini,onions, green and red peppers..really good! Of course, my favorite is your fried chicken. Please don't change the recipe. The mashed potatoes are sometimes too watery. Sometimes they taste really creamy, as though butter and milk is used, and other times they taste like they were made with water. The music...again, please remember the seniors. We enjoy music from the past as well as the screaming rock music that is streamed in. When I am having supper, I would like to hear a little less "Rock" and little more quieter music. Overall, I think Majestic has done a wonderful job of improving the buffet experience for us I really like the new entrance to the dessert area from the Lakeside area.

One problem we had was, I asked a chef to bring out more of a particular dish. He said he would and never did. We left.
