We are really sorry for the delay which was due to holidays in South Korea and our vendor brand's stock shortage. Our records show the bag was delivered on March 18th. We are working really hard to improve deliveries and thank you again for your feedback!

I was excited to see a platform for designers to display unique styles and designs. But management of the platform is not up to the mark 1. The delivery time does not show on the website, so I cannot use it for buying gifts that are time sensitive. I bought 2 bags. one delivered in a week and the other took 3 weeks. 2. Communication is super slow- Takes almost weeks to get a response. 3. Refund process- Its a month now and still waiting on my refund for a returned bag.

Did not receive my order until two months after. Communication was really bad! If you cannot ship on time for whatever reasons you should communicate that to your customers! Had to chase up my order on various social channels whilst not receiving a reply!
