Customer service is extraordinary! The store selection of items is abundant and of good quality. The shopping experience is always easy and enjoyable.

After placing my order with Maisonette I realized that I did not opt for a gift receipt to be included. Customer service was extremely help by emailing a gift receipt, together with a personal message, separate from my order to the recipient.

Your prompt reply and solution to the problem was really appreciated despite the deliverer mistake.

The sandals I bought were Jack Rogers and they were beautiful. Got matching pairs for my daughter and granddaughter for their birthdays. My granddaughter's were a size too small and returning them was very easy, however there was a charge. I ordered a size bigger and they fit great for the summer. I'm still waiting on the refund of the returned pair ,but understand it takes longer. Overall would recommend this store to others.
