Customer Service helped me to return an order even without my order number!!! Great job!!

A very prompt response with a helpful solution to the problem. I was impressed with the attention to my problem.

I placed an order for a necklace, but there was a little mix-up due to stock number issues. They corrected it very quickly, and I was very appreciative of their constant communication. I love this store and the variety they offer all in one place. I do sincerely recommend shopping with them, and the shipping is pretty fast. Unique curation of items for mom and child!!

EDIT. Customer Care made the situation right!!!! They reached out and called and followed up via email with a refund (even after the order had shipped). I will absolutely order again and am sorry I had to write the first review in the first place. Terrible customer service. I ordered a product on 7/5 and realized immediately that I messed up the address. I sent an email to their customer care team and asked if they could modify it after the fact. They had sent it to the seller to ask and no response. It's been 8 days. Now they say it's been sent off for shipping but I have no idea whether the address has been updated though I'm assuming it hasn't. I've asked them to cancel the order and they will not respond.

I had an issue with an item I received and was very frustrated. However customer service responded very quickly and resolved my issue.

I would like to fix my original review. A very nice gentleman made me aware that the e-mail I got was an automatic response and my item was indeed being shipped to me. He was very kind and apologetic. I am very happy with Maisonette! Do not buy anything from them. I purchased a pair of shoes and paid for the express shipping. I could see for days that UPS was not given the package and only a shipping label has been created. I contacted them to which they told me that there was an issue with my address and UPS was unable to ship to me and the package was being returned to them. I looked at the address and it was correct. Upon contacting UPS I was told that the package was never given to them and that the company was being untruthful. If you make a mistake and sell an item that you do not have, please take responsibility. This is incredibly inappropriate behavior.

1) I bought a wooden shabbat set for my grandson. It came in chipped and missing velcro for the challah to stay attached. What made me most upset was that I paid $114..... 2-3x what the shabbat set could be bought for on other sites on the internet!! MY fault for not checking first! 2) Subsequent to the review above, Maisonette contacted me. I am EXTRAORDINARILY pleased with their response! They sent my grandson a new Shabbat set, checked with their marketing department (who acknowledged they made a mistake in their pricing), refunded me the difference, gave me a 20% off my next purchase, and opened an account for me and deposited $25 for me to use for my next purchase! Suzette, who was the person I worked with, was incredible! She was gracious, kind, thoughtful, understanding and incredibly professional. I would definitely purchase things from Maisonette with a sense of security!
