Great company
The toy I ordered was for my granddaughters 1st birthday came broken. So I took a picture of it, sent them an email and someone got back to me right away. They informed me they would be shipping me a new toy right away. I received it the next day. I would definitely be ordering again.

I've had such a great experience with Maisonette's Customer Service Team!
I've had such a great experience with Maisonette, especially their customer service team who was so quick to answer my phone (didn't have to wait on hold with little kids running around!) I had an issue using 2 promo codes, and they were extremely helpful and quick in placing my order for me- they were able to see what was in my cart by just using my email address. I didn't have to repeat all of the items in my order to create a new one which was so seamless. It was extremely quick and painless, and so happy I called! Thank you, Maisonette, I'll be back!

A part was missing from my purchase
A part was missing from my purchase. I contacted Maisonette…that day I received a response and they would rectify my issue. Two days later my missing part was in the mail, tracking included. Honestly, Maisonette customer care was the best experience I’ve had. Their emails were timely, well written…totally professional. Other companies should take notice.

When I received my package on Sept 9th
When I received my package on Sept 9th, it had been ripped and taped back up. Two items were missing. I emailed customer service, pictures and on Monday Sept 12th they sent me the 2 missing items. Outstanding service.
