I am very happy with the quality of their clothes and truly appreciate their level of customer service. I reached out to them re: a return request and they responded within 24 hours. Their Customer Concierge reached out to me, solved my issue and checked to be sure everything was ok. I often shop on this site and now I will definitely keep returning!!

The operator gave me an incorrect UPS #. The # was for a package for another customer in a different state. I still don't have the correct tracking # and don't have any idea where my order is. I am disappointed. Customer service got back to me and fixed the problem. I am hsppy with the follow up

The BEST customer service I've ever experienced!

Wow! I've never received this level of customer service before! I wish all companies would follow suit. Our product unfortunately arrived in a state which made it impossible to assemble. I contacted the company and received a response within a day. Their communication was SO excellent, but their response was even better. If I owned my own company, I would want to have this concierge staff work for me. Finally, I've found a company based on customer satisfaction! I didn't think they still existed.

So happy with my ducduc indi desk for my art studio — a few pieces came chipped, and they addressed the issue right away! I'm so pleased with the customer service I experienced and the product itself. It was a breeze to put together, too. I did it on my own and it took about 1.5 hours.

Creating a Trade account

The young lady who I spoke to on the phone was extremely courteous and helpful. She very quickly sent me an email so that I could track my package and updated my account. I would never be hesitant about using Maisonette in the future.
