Introduced to Maisonette via a baby registry. They do have adorable items. The shipping is way too expensive. The customer service is top notch though. Quick reply and help.

I was having difficulty with my browser. It’s a bit outdated. I couldn’t manage their website well. I sent a note and received a response within 20 minutes with troubleshooting suggestions. I was amazed with the expeditious response. Impeccable customer service. Grandma’s is going shopping for her babes!

I received a product in a size different than what I ordered and they quickly followed up, provided a refund when a replacement wasn’t available and kept me informed via email at every step of the way. I’ve placed over 10 orders in the past few years and normally they are without issue.

Received order sooner than expected. I had a question about sizing for the women’s Mommy and Me line. I received a reply back the next day, and the information I was given was very helpful. Based on that, I placed an order for some pajamas and they fit perfectly! They are so soft and comfortable!! I would consider buying more.
