MaisonetteReviews of maisonette.com

Great customer care! Great communication and issue was resolved in a timely manner. PS I love their selection of brands! : )

Amazing boutique quality profits for kids. Their customer service is professional, polite and helpful! I order many times from this company and will continue to.

So helpful and kind!

Beyond amazing customer service! My daughter's sandal broke and I had a new replacement pair within days. They were so great with communication and following through.

The Maisonette service team is one of the best in e-commerce. They are incredibly responsive (I received a response to my email within ten minutes), helpful, knowledgeable and polite. My issue was resolved right away with no back and forth required - very unusual with service inquiries these days! I’m a life-long Maisonette shopper, largely in part due to their awesome service support. Thank you, Maisonette!

Polite, respectful, customer service focused. I was allowed to cancel an order that was on backoder for a month. Thank you!

Nadine was efficient and helpful!
