Perfect customer service!!! I asked about modifications and they kindly helped me contact the vendor about it. They were able to hold my order before getting any response from the vendor. Very patient, professional, efficient!!

Someone
Customer service is amazing. They really came through to help me and they responded quickly. I had purchased a few swimsuits for my daughters and one of them had a size that was mislabeled (the size 10 was smaller than the size 8). Since I had purchased them 4 months ago and well outside their return policy, I didn't have much hope they could help. Within days, and a couple of pictures, my oldest had her new swimsuit! Lesson learned, I will always check items, even if it is from a brand they've had before because mistakes can happen!
