Great variety of high quality products! Fast customer service. I am a repeat customer who is always happy with my purchases :-) Maisonette is by far my favorite place to shop for babies and kids! It’s also a wonderful way to be introduced to new brands.

Customer service was great when part of my order went missing and provided me with several resolution options. I’d feel confident buying through this website again.

Maisonette is always one of my favorite places to shop. I rarely have to involve customer support (because everything is right the first time) but when I do, they are always kind, quick, and make sure to keep me updated consistently. Great team to work with and I’m a very happy customer.

Reached out to the team as I wasn't sure if I had actually placed my order the day before as I had not received the confirmation email. They responded right away to let me know it was received and that I had misspelled my own email (one of those days) and were able to assure me the order was placed!!
