Such an unexpected good experience talking to customer service at Maisonette. I had mistakenly thought I had ordered much earlier than I actually had and was concerned as to why I had received no shipping email. The person I talked to was so pleasant and helpful. Even though it was I who had made the mistake, she listened and kindly let me know the actual date I had ordered. When she heard that I was worried that the merchandise I ordered wouldn’t come in time for my granddaughter’s birthday, she continued to help me and reassured me that she’d try to make sure it shipped earlier so that it would get there in time. I was so relieved and really think this kind person is exceptional and reflects so well on the Company. I will recommend Maisonette to others. She sincerely wanted to help and gave outstanding service, something I don’t come across often.

The first company to actually call me back when they said they would. My customer service rep, Nadine, wanted to find out more information from me. She told me she would call me back and once she had an answer, she did. Very grateful for good customer service.

Great communication amazing customer service and great products

We have ordered from Maisonette a few times. Most recently we ordered a dresser; unfortunately a piece came damaged. I believe it was a final sale item. I reached out to customer service and received a response promptly and a resolution shortly thereafter. We are waiting for the replacement piece to come but I don’t anticipate any issues.
