Maisonette eventually reached out to cancel the first shipment and sent along a new table. I am appreciative that they eventually were able to help me out but please train your customer service reps so they understand what the options to the customer are. Original review “Worst customer service experience I’ve had with a company. Had a rep lie to me about how to resolve a shipping problem and now we are SOL. I hate feeling like buying from Amazon would have been the better option but that is 100% true here. Avoid this company and take your money elsewhere.”

It took 2 emails before I got a response but once someone responded he was great. He got my 10% discount refunded to me as there was not a place to enter the discount code when I was placing my order. He gets 5 stars but my rating of 4 stars is due to 1) the order process there was no place to enter the discount code and 2) it also took 2 emails before anybody responded to me.

I wish you guys had more products made in USA. The quality on some things isn’t great and your return policy doesn’t allow for the customer enough time to try and return the product.
