Very easy website and good customer service when I had a question

I had a problem with my order. It was resolved quickly and easily with the online concierge.

Love the variety of clothing and toys offered. Find things here for my grandchildren that don't see in stores or on other websites. I have also had a good experience with their staff who helped me a problem with one order. I got great communication and my issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

That you actually have a phone number and live customer service person is amazing. That the person listened and ordered me exactly what I needed and looked up my prior purchase. She understood what I wanted to do. And then she did it!!! Rare these days.

The customer service agent was quick to answer my questions and let me know that the return had made it back to the merchant and that I could see the amount credited to my VISA in a couple of days.
