My order was never shipped. Tracking information was stuck on Lable Created. Got a refund without explanation of what had happened. Customer service agents though were nice and acted promptly to file a claim.

I ordered a dresser which was supposed to arrive the following week. It is now 2 weeks later and no dresser and no delivery date. Emails are responded to quickly but very disappointed in the service.

I placed an order on Nov. 28. On Dec. 6 I called to check on delivery and was told that the item would ship that week. On Dec. 8, with no further communication, a credit showed up in my account. At least I got a refund without any problems.

I received a broken item and have contacted their customer service email and Facebook messenger. Weeks later and I have received no reply.
