ZERO star rating!!! Ordered on Nov 30th with an estimated ship date of Dec. 10th. I tried to call customer service and the recorded message..."you don't have enough credits to make this call"! What does that even mean!? Emailed customer service...crickets...nothing...nada...no response. I get it...COVID bs and all but, at the very least, SOME ONE at this company should be reaching out to customers with updates...even if they aren't good. How can they sleep at night considering all the children they are disappointing at Christmas time...including my 1 year old! WORST...COMPANY...EVER....

Well it seems like I'm in the same position as many others below me. I've ordered a Christmas gift for my nephew on Black Friday. It is now December 16th and it has YET to ship. AND it's shipping from California. Maisonette can't give me an update on the order, when it's expected to ship or if I'll even have it by Christmas. This is absolutely ridiculous that a company has ruined Christmas for THIS many children. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I would never place another order from this company again. I ordered a Christmas present for my daughter, and when it arrived I realized it was used! The box was opened before (the tape was resealed) and there were missing pieces in the box. I tried to initiate a return through their return portal, but I kept getting an error message that said I needed to contact customer service. So I wrote an email to them, and they replied a generic email telling me to use their return portal. I wrote back and told them that I was having problems with the return portal and that's why I wrote them in the first place. I got no replies after that, and now I not only have to find a new present for my daughter, I also have an old, used toy sitting in my house. Terrible company. Next time I would just buy toys from the individual vendors and not through this company.

I ordered a Christmas gift from my daughter on this website on December 1, which happened to be the top item on her list. By December 15, it still had not arrived and I had received no correspondence from Maisonette besides my initial order confirmation and numerous marketing emails. I called them on December 16 and waited on hold for approximately 25 minutes and was told that my order was cancelled and that I was sent an email. I absolutely was not sent an email to notify me that the order was cancelled, I have checked all of my folders including spam and deleted items. I can understand issues with items being in stock during these times, but there is no excuse for not sending any correspondence. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this company.

TERRIBLE COMPANY I received a gift card and tried to use it on Black Friday. The system showed an error so I couldn’t use it. I reached out to customer service and radio silence. So $100 down the drain. Don’t ever give someone a gift card from this company! How awkward to tell the gift giver.

The WORST It's a shame because they curate cute stuff but I would recommend finding another retailer to buy the same stuff (they don't actually control any of it). Bought a birthday present for my LO and it was supposed to be delivered well in advance of the big day. Then I received an email saying that it will be more than a week late. A HUGE disappointment since she picked this gift out special for her ONE birthday present (we try to limit gifts) and it's a pandemic so she can't even have a fun party. Then i had to wait on hold for 30 minutes before speaking with someone who said that their tracking information was incorrect. (Even though it's on their own website). My phone cut off, and i dont have time to wait another 30 minutes so I'm done. Terrible customer service.

Maisonette is extremely difficult to deal with. I purchased what looked like a beautiful theater/store play set for my daughter’s birthday. First I realized that it had an incorrect part. After 40 minutes on hold with their customer service, I was given the email address for the manufacturer and told to contact them for the part. The manufacturer was very easy to deal with and quickly sent the correct part. Next I found that the item didn’t work correctly- the doors to the store side of the play set don’t open, making the store inaccessible. I called two weeks ago and again today. After another 30 minutes on hold today I was told that I should receive an email from their vendor services team in another 48 hours. Last time I use their “curated” services!

I used this beautiful site to buy a gift. Tried to cancel the order within 15 minutes of purchase and was told that this is a marketplace and they had no ability to actually stop/cancel the order. Nowhere on the website do they say that they are a marketplace not responsible or in control of the inventory. In fact they refer to themselves as a boutique. I spent an hour on the phone trying to speak to customer service about canceling the order and sending the right size. Instead I was told that their vendor had already shipped the items within 15 minutes of my order and that I will now have to print a return label send it to my friend and she will have to return the gift. I will then get a refund and then I will be able to send the right size. What a waste of time!
