I adore their brands, I love the sort and filter features on their site. Finding great things for my kiddos is super easy and they offer frequent sales and deals.

I purchased an item through Maisonette and was disappointed when it was delivered damaged. I immediately called customer service and was speaking to someone so helpful in less than two minutes. After our phone call, she immediately followed up with an email and assured me that she was going to reach out to the vendor to have a replacement sent to me. The next day, I was given an update and have a new item coming. I spoke with two different customer service agents who were helpful, kind, accommodating, quick, and kept me in the loop! It was honestly a pleasure dealing with this item exchange, and because of this extremely positive experience, I will definitely be shopping from Maisonette more often (they have so many brands that I already purchase from). I know that they stand behind the products they sell, and I can confidently buy from them knowing I am supporting a wonderful company!
