Customer service has been non existent supposedly outages but that doesn't answer why item wasn't shipped when promised - 7 days after supposed delivery date it still doesn't have tracking info huge disappointment bc I had ordered it due Hanukkah gift and it did not arrive - don't rely on their delivery or Cust service

Customer service is not helpful. I tried to cancel an order once placed, my card hasn’t even been charged and they keep telling me there is nothing they can do when on their website they state a mixed message of whether they can cancel an order or not. “Due to our marketplace model, we cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been completed, but we are sometimes able to make changes to orders that have not yet been shipped.” I reached out to them as the description further advises, my card isn’t charged yet or shipped. I will not refer them to anyone, there are other websites with the same products with better policies. Lesson learned. UPDATED They were able to successfully refund my order. The representatives I were directed to were respectful and showed they did all they can and it was successful. So thank you maisonette.

The store has a pretty good selection of toddler clothes and accessories. However, I cannot recommend shopping on their site. I've been waiting for my items to be shipped for three weeks now. I reached out to their customer service and haven't got any help for more than 10 days. Responses, yes, but all they were saying in the four emails I received was that they were working on my case. I really don't think their customer service matches their price level. Truly disappointed and will never shop here again. Update: Two weeks after reaching out to the customer service, they offered me full refund plus an 15% off discount coupon, which is an OK resolution itself, except for it took such a long time and they kept telling me they'd solve it "within 48 business days". It basically turned into a cry wolf story and I felt disrespected. I don't think their customer service is tolerable in our era of e-commerce, not to mention for the kind of quality and standard they're marketing themselves to offer.

Be very weary of where the item is shipped from. Spent $150 for a raincoat for my 9 year old son, the color was very off from the picture and sizes ran quite large. When spoke to the customer service, I was told it was non returnable because it was shipped internationally. Very disappointed 9/10 update: The Maisonette team reached out to me and offered a return with store credit. Thank you!

I purchased a kitchen set for my daughter on a Friday afternoon. I was hoping for expedited shipping, but did not see the option before checkout. After the purchase i noticed the arrival date would be after her birthday. I immediately emailed the company to see if I could pay for expedited shipping or cancel the order and reorder with correct shipping. They advised me (on Monday morning) that not only could I not pay for expedited shipping, the only way to remedy would be to place another order with the correct shipping and return the original order after receiving it (it had not yet even shipped!!!). Obviously this policy is horrible for the environment and for customer care. I tried calling them to speak with someone on the phone (during their listed business hours) but got a voice recording telling me to call back during business hours. Very confused about all of this and frustrated. I will be purchasing my item elsewhere and returning my order with Maisonette when it arrives.

I ordered several items and changed my mind on 2 within hours of placing the order. I emailed customer service right away asking for cancel on two items. No response for awhile (in the meantime the two items shipped). Response back was there was not way to cancel the two. Then after they randomly cancelled a different item in my order I wanted. Expected better for the price point.

AWFUL- shocked by the TERRIBLE customer service for a “boutique.” You can get better customer service at K-Mart. Don’t ever shop here

I bought the confetti crayons for my grandson and every time he draws with them they break and he gets upset.
