Customer service is terrible. Use the site to find things that you like and then search for the item elsewhere. It'll be cheaper and you'll get better service.

I bought 6-12 mo romper for my grandson & waited 2 weeks before giving it to him. It took several weeks for him to grow into it. When the romper was first put on him, two snaps came off. When I asked to return it, the return was refused because it was more than 30 days since I received it. The quality of the romper was very poor, the return window is quite brief & the customer service is unhelpful. I bought another item for a different grandson & it’s still too large for him. If it too falls apart, it’s well beyond the 30 day return period. Will not buy from Maisonette again.

Their product selection is very beautiful however their policies and customer service are severely lacking. I was given a gift for a new baby which showed up damaged, with a tear at the seam. I first called and was told they would take care of it and that I just needed to provide photos. So then I reached out via email with a explanation and photos for a refund and they refused. While I understand the nature of a final sale item, any store I have ever dealt with in my 36 years has always made an exception when it came to damaged goods. I will not be shopping here again.

Horrible customer service. Purchased 2 items in January 2022. Returned one of the two using their return label. They received the return on January 25, 2022. We are now nearing mid-June and 5 months later I am still waiting for a refund. Sent several emails to customer service - the response is extremely slow and they still haven’t been able to resolve the issue. Stay away, people who run this company clearly don’t know what they’re doing. Ref - order M339207032

I have been ordering from this company for years. Regarding my last order, I had not received the order before one of the items was reduced 25%. I emailed for a price adjustment and was declined. Such a bad business practice. Makes the owners look so greedy and unappreciative of loyal customers. We’re talking $10…ridiculous. Bye-bye Maisonette!

They'll steal your money. You think you're ordering from them, but then your order is sent by a vendor who you could have just ordered from directly. If you have to return your order, the vendor will probably send you a label. BUT THEN YOU'LL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK BECAUSE MAISONETTE WILL SAY THAT YOU SHOULD HAVE SAVED THE TRACKING INFORMATION AND THEY CAN'T VALIDATE THE RETURN. It's a total scam. You do everything right and Maisonette's organization, communication and vendor selection is so poor, that they don't know what has been returned and what hasn't. But they won't refund your money. The customer service will call you by the wrong name and offer a nominal amount as credit. They are dismissive and irresponsible. THIS STORE SHOULD BE AVOIDED.

Buyer Beware Credit card charged on Jan. 8. Feb. 17th no resolution. First call three weeks ago I was told they would reach out to vendor. Second call last week was told oh refund not a problem. Third call today we can't refund your money because we deal woth vendors. They haven't responded to us. I will be reaching out to the vendor myself as I assume this is a lie. The vendor little big playroom has positive reviews. Ordering from this company is a huge risk.

My mother purchased one of the “tan leather” rockers as a gift for myself and my first child. Once I got it to my home, realized it was advertised incorrectly on the website. Only after I put in a claim, did their website update to “vegan tan leather” and that it was a final sale item. At a price point of almost $600, I never would have assumed I would be receiving a vinyl chair. Customer service has been slow as molasses and quite unhelpful and uncaring about the situation as a whole. My mother is not a rich woman and this was such a huge expense for us both. Thought I was getting a life long piece for my child and I. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ITEM. The arm is already giving way and the quality of the “leather” is absolute cheap garbage. Not worth it.
