Deceiving return policy. I emailed them asking how the return process works for a $20 pair of shoes I bought for my son. They responded that they send me a “pre-paid” label and I just send the item back. I proceeded to do that. Then they charged me $5 for the return. The rep never disclosed this in their response. I would have not returned such a small amount had I known. Very shady. When I asked about this, the new rep was completely rude, dismissive and argumentative. They lost a customer who has spent well over $400 with them in the past few months over $5. Will not order from this place again.

Until now, I didnt received the full refund.

*Terrible* and infuriating experience with Maisonette, which refuses to cover stolen purchases and wasted my time by implying that they did. The delivery company disregarded posted instructions and left the (very expensive) item that I bought outside and visible, where it was stolen. Maisonette asked for video and contacted UPS, hinting that they would make good on it -- but washed its hands of the matter when UPS said it had completed delivery. We went from this: "I really appreciate your business, and I am sorry to hear that your item never arrived 😔. I would love to help resolve this matter for you as efficiently as possible. What we are going to do, as discussed, is file a loss claim and work on getting a replacement sent out to you!" To this: "Due to confirmation of the package being stolen, we are unable to process a claim for this order and a refund or credit is denied. I truly apologize if this causes an inconvenience. I understand that this is not the news you were hoping for." And this: "I wanted to let you know that Maisonette doesn't cover stolen packages." Buy from this awful, pseudo-responsive company entirely at your own risk. If something goes wrong, the loss is entirely your own.

It’s a scam. I ordered pajamas and never got them. No tracking number or anything. Emailed 3 times and now have to go through my credit card company

I recently returned some size 11 shoes. It took forever for them to credit my refund after the item was already returned. I had to email them to get the refund plus they took $5 off of my refund for the shipping. Very disappointed!!

My grand son wanted a Thomas the Train wooden train car. I ordered it and within a hour I tried to cancel the order. It wasn't the train car he wanted. Was told initially it wasn't possible. I emailed their "customer service". Was allowed to cancel the order but it cost me $9.95. Stay way far away from this ripoff company.

We have spent an unbelievable amount of time on the phone and email trying to get our issues resolved. We received a completely wrong item that they have asked us to document several times and then had furniture dumped on a palette onto our driveway without any notification and subsequently got rained on. They have horrible follow-up with their 3rd party provider (Butler in this case) and we have no resolution. The furniture was also not as described in the description. This is scammy for sure and they use delay tactics to wear people down. Our furniture never even showed as shipped until I spoke to someone live today. You know it is an issue when one of only two options of why you are returning something is "wrong item received." Ugh *****UPDATE***** Still haven't received any refund for over $3000 worth of furniture even though it has been received as of 5/4/23. They have not refunded me anything and I have been given yet a different customer service representative (maybe the 6th?). Don't order anything that you might return and definitely don't order anything that is freight.

Ordered an adorable cape for our great nephew for Christmas. (Order was placed Nov 29th) Unfortunately, it did not arrive until Dec 22nd, after we had already flown to Seattle for Christmas (got back from that trip Jan 12). I've now missed the "return window" , which apparently was yesterday, by 1 day and was told that there is nothing they can do for me. Will definitely not be ordering through Maisonette again.
