MaisonetteReviews of maisonette.com

Love quality and service

I reached out for help with the Promo code and was assisted right away

Quick and easy resolution to a forgotten discount code on my order. Will return!

I love the variety and the quality of the clothes and toys on Maisonette. They carry under their broad umbrella some of the most iconic children fashion European brands. I am personally a big fan of Jacadi. There was a hiccup with one of my orders and they resolved it in no time. I contacted them on a Sunday after hours and still managed to get a detailed answer and a plan of action from their concierge minutes later. The quality of the customer service is impressive. I highly recommend Maisonette.com

Having shopped for baby clothes with you, I reached to discuss a registry. Customer service got right back with me and were very helpful.

Item was in great condition, packaged beautifully and although it didn’t arrive on time and I paid for 2 day shipping, they refunded my shipping charges promptly.

Very prompt and easy

Fast and easy resolution when I received the wrong item which is much appreciated as i'm close to my due date. I will happily shop here again.
